Returns and Complaints
1. Right to return
Every customer has the right to return a purchased product, subject to point 7 of the store's regulations, within 14 days of receiving it. Returns apply only to unused and undamaged products.
2. How to report
Please report the return via email to: Kontakt@magicjersey.pl. We do not include a return form in the package.
3. Return shipping costs
If the product is returned due to damage or a manufacturing defect , the seller will cover the return shipping costs.
In case of a return due to incorrect size , the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Complaints
A complaint is possible in two cases:
- If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, the seller will cover the return costs and either replace the product or refund the money.
- The product does not fit – only an exchange for a different size is possible. The jersey may be from a different team and with a different player. The customer bears the shipping costs in this case.
5. Defects resulting from use
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, washing, improper storage, or use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.
6. Information required for the application
To submit a return or complaint, please include the following:
- order number,
- description of the problem or reason for return.
7. Consideration of the application
The seller will review the claim within 14 business days of receiving it and inform the customer of the decision via email.
