- The store offers mystery box products containing NBA jerseys for sale.
- The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, making payments, delivery, complaints, and product returns.

- Customer - a person making purchases in a store.
- Product – NBA jersey mystery box available in store.

5. Payments
- The store offers payment options through Przelewy24 and upon personal pick-up .
- The product price shown at the time of ordering includes the cost of the mystery box, and then the delivery fee is added, unless otherwise stated in promotions.
6. Delivery
- The store delivers products through:

- pick up at the company warehouse - The delivery cost is in accordance with the carrier's tariff and may vary depending on the chosen method.
- The store may offer free shipping as part of occasional promotions .
- Orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation or upon personal pick-up.
- Delivery is available both within Poland and Germany.
7. Right to withdraw from the contract
- Due to the nature of mystery box products, the Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract due to "dissatisfaction" with the selected product.
- The right to a refund applies only in the following cases:
- product defects
- the need to exchange for a different size - Products to be returned must be in undamaged condition; they may have been removed, inspected, or tried on, but must not have been used or damaged by the Customer .
8. Complaints and Exchanges
- Complaints and exchanges should be reported to the following email address: kontakt@magicjersey.pl
- The store will process complaints and exchanges within 14 business days of receiving the notification and the product.
9. Final Provisions
- The terms and conditions are effective from the moment they are published on the store's website.
- The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, and customers will be informed of these changes via the store's website.
- In all matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
