  3. The store offers mystery box products containing NBA jerseys for sale.
  4. The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, making payments, delivery, complaints, and product returns.
2. Definitions
  • The store – MagicJersey, operating at www.magicjersey.pl
  • Customer - a person making purchases in a store.
  • Product – NBA jersey mystery box available in store.

4. Placing orders
  1. The customer can place orders both with and without registration .
  2. Orders are placed via the website www.magicjersey.pl and require the provision of necessary data for order fulfillment.
  3. After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation to the provided email address.
5. Payments
  1. The store offers payment options through Przelewy24 and upon personal pick-up .
  2. The product price shown at the time of ordering includes the cost of the mystery box, and then the delivery fee is added, unless otherwise stated in promotions.
6. Delivery
  1. The store delivers products through:
    - courier
    - pick up at the company warehouse
  2. The delivery cost is in accordance with the carrier's tariff and may vary depending on the chosen method.
  3. The store may offer free shipping as part of occasional promotions .
  4. Orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation or upon personal pick-up.
  5. Delivery is available both within Poland and Germany.
7. Right to withdraw from the contract
  1. Due to the nature of mystery box products, the Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract due to "dissatisfaction" with the selected product.
  2. The right to a refund applies only in the following cases:
    - product defects
    - the need to exchange for a different size
  3. Products to be returned must be in undamaged condition; they may have been removed, inspected, or tried on, but must not have been used or damaged by the Customer .

8. Complaints and Exchanges
  1. Complaints and exchanges should be reported to the following email address: kontakt@magicjersey.pl
  2. The store will process complaints and exchanges within 14 business days of receiving the notification and the product.
9. Final Provisions
  1. The terms and conditions are effective from the moment they are published on the store's website.
  2. The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, and customers will be informed of these changes via the store's website.
  3. In all matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
