What will I find in the mystery box?
Each box contains an original NBA jersey (Swingman or Authentic), a thank you card, and sometimes an extra collectible card as a bonus.
Are the t-shirts original?
Yes, all the jerseys in our boxes are 100% authentic – from official manufacturers such as Nike, Jordan, and Mitchell & Ness.
Can I exclude a team or player?
Yes! Depending on the box:
- Standard, City , and Authentic : You can exclude a maximum of 3 players and 3 teams.
- Team Box : You choose one team whose jersey you want. You cannot exclude any player.
Where and how quickly do you ship?
We currently ship to Poland and Germany. Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days.
Can I return the mystery box if I don't like the t-shirt?
No, there are no refunds due to dissatisfaction – it's a mystery box, after all. However, you can return the product if it is defective, or exchange the shirt for a different size (the customer covers the shipping costs).
Are you planning to release limited edition boxes?
Yes! We plan special series in the future, for example, for the All-Star Game, NBA Finals, or limited drops. Information will be available on our Instagram and TikTok.
Can I buy several boxes at once?
Yes, you can – you choose the size and any exclusions separately for each box.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email with confirmation and order number immediately after purchase.
Can I choose a specific t-shirt?
No – it's a mystery box, so the element of surprise is key. But you can limit the draw by excluding teams and players.
Are the t-shirts new or used?
All the t-shirts are new, with tags.
Can I order this as a gift?
Yes! A mystery box makes a great gift. The box is packed in special gift wrap, and we include a personalized greeting card and small gifts inside.
Are the t-shirts in the boxes from the current seasons?
For the most part, yes, but there are also some iconic models from previous years.
How does size exchange work?
If the shirt doesn't fit, you can exchange it for the same Mysterybox in a different size. The jersey inside will be different or not. The customer covers the shipping cost.
What if I enter the wrong shipping information?
If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@magicjersey.pl – we can correct the address before the package is shipped.
